Payment policy
50% deposit of the total reservation cost will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount of the 50% will be charged the day of the departure.
The credit card holder would need to present the actual credit card upon check in /check out as well as his passport or ID that should match the name on this credit card.
A payment through a credit card cannot be accepted if the card holder will not stay at the Hotel.
For Non Refundable bookings the total price of the reservation will be charged the time of the booking and is not refundable.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation 31 days and more prior to arrival, the deposit would be fully refundable.
In the event of cancellation 1 to 30 days prior to arrival date, cancellation fees are equal to the 50% of the total reservation cost (a minimum charge of 1 night).
In case of departure prior of the scheduled date, full cost of reservation will be charged.
At the day of the arrival ,the reservation can not be modified.
In the event of NON SHOW cancellation fees are equal to 100% of the total reservation cost.
